Fishermen enjoying the water this weekend in Virginia came upon a grisly discovery when they found a floating body in their wake, police say. Officers from the Prince William County Police Department were called to the area of the 500 block of Harbor Side Street in Woodbridge to probe a death that was reported in the area.
