Some neighborhoods in Maryland and Virginia are subject to a Severe Thunderstorm Watch as intense weather begin making its way through the DMV region. The National Weather Service issued an alert on Sunday afternoon cautioning that from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., there is a chance for inclement weather that could bring heavy rains and whipping wind gusts. A man no stranger to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office is back in custody following his latest trespassing offense, this time involving young children. Trevor Sutphin, 23, once again found himself on the wrong side of the law, this time for violating protective orders and trespassing in a Garrison Woods apartment. One man is wanted following a weekend burglary at a Loudoun County jewelry store, police say. A surveillance photo has been released by the Leesburg Police Department as they continue to investigate a burglary at White and Ivory Diamonds that was reported early on Saturday morning. An 80-year-old woman has died after suffering what were initially believed to be non-life-threatening injuries in a Fairfax County crash earlier this month, police say.
