Officers responded to the 11700 block of Fair Oaks Shopping Center in Fair Lakes on Jan. 16 at approximately 4:44 p.m. after a victim reported her 2013 Hyundai had been stolen by a known suspect, county police said. Detectives from the Auto Crimes Enforcement (ACE) Unit assisted with the investigation. At 7:52 p.m., officers located the stolen Hyundai in the 6000 block of Freds Oak Road in Burke. Wanted: Man Follows, Exposes Himself To Shopper In Tysons TJ Maxx, Police Say Police in Fairfax County are seeking the man who exposed himself to a victim at a store in Tysons. The man, pictured above, followed the shopper at a TJ Maxx store on the 8300 block of Leesburg Pike and exposed himself around 2 p.m. on May 25, county police said. The suspect then fled the store before police arrival. Officers were able to view security footage which showed the suspect following the victim and exposing himself. Arthur Edward Mann II was arguing with a black man in his 40s or 50s when the man shot him at the Citgo at 6241 Richmond Highway in Fair Haven around 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, county police said. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived and Mann was pronounced dead at the scene.
