A pair of children who were left unattended in a vehicle with drugs inside in Prince William County resulted in charges for two adults, police say. Andrea Louise Delaney, 29, who has no fixed address, and Fredericksburg resident Joshua Alexander Schuldt, 25, were both arrested on Wednesday night after leaving the two children behind. Wrong-Way Driver Nearly 2X Legal Limit Hits 2 Cars In Virginia, Police Say
A 26-year-old woman was nearly twice the legal limit when she struck a car and was caught driving the wrong way in Virginia, police said. Raechel Chittum was spotted going the wrong way down the 900 block of Princess Anne Street, a one-way street, by a Fredericksburg police officer on Saturday, June 1, the department said in a release.
