Emergency Crews Rescue Person Pinned Under Excavator In Virginia A person was hospitalized Monday morning after being trapped under a piece of heavy machinery in Arlington. First responders from the Arlington County Fire Department were called shortly before noon to the 3500 block of Potomac Street for reports of a person pinned beneath a toppled mini excavator. Upon arrival, fire crews found the man trapped under the equipment. He was extricated and transported to an area hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
