Villegas, 34, will be spending the holidays behind bars after being arrested for his fourth DUI in the past 10 years following an early morning crash on Monday. A teenager who didn't understand the concept of "designated driver" was busted over the weekend after crashing into a ditch after a birthday party, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
