Armed Robber Takes Himself To Police Station After Attempted Gunpoint PWC Robbery: Cops A 21-year-old man was arrested in what police say was a drug deal gone bad in Prince William County. The victim, also 21, had arranged to buy marijuana from Dorian Hugh Wilhoit, county police said. The victim and other acquaintances met Wilhoit at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 1400 block of Ranger Lp. around midnight on Monday, June 10, police said. While the victim was outside of the vehicle and near the apartment building, Wilhoit bypassed the victim and ran towards the vehicle.
