Celebration Of Life Scheduled For One Direction's Liam Payne In Virginia Fans of One Direction have set up a "celebration of life" event for Liam Payne that will be held in Virginia following his unexpected death. Beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, there will be a memorial for the popular singer at Old Mill Park in the 2200 block of Caroline Street in Fredericksburg.
