Home Invader From DC Shot In Maryland Arrested On Robbery Charges, Sheriff Says A DC man was arrested after being shot during a home invasion robbery in Frederick County, a spokesperson from the sheriff's office said. Darrell Foster, 30, was taken into custody by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, Jan. 20, after receiving medical treatment for gunshot wounds sustained during the incident, according to officials.
