Conspiring Pair Charged For Armed Robbery Of Co-Worker Over Shoes In Virginia, Sheriff Says Two men in Stafford County are behind bars after conspiring to rob a co-worker of expensive shoes, according to the sheriff's office. Raquan "Turbo" Jones, 23, and Isaiah Watts, 24, are both facing felony charges following an investigation into a gunpoint robbery involving two pairs of shoes worth thousands of dollars. The investigation was launched in late September, when a deputy was called to Genesis Logistics on Bradburn Place to investigate a robbery when the pair's purported victim advised that he had been robbed of the sneakers.
