Suspect In Prince William County Bar Shooting Arrested After Months On The Run, Police Say The man accused of opening fire in a Dumfries bar parking lot earlier this year has finally been caught, authorities announced. Janbler Torres-Santos, 25, was arrested on over the weekend by police in Weirton, West Virginia, and remains behind bars as he awaits extradition to Prince William County in connection to a March shooting.  Police say that he now faces charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony stemming from the March 7 shooting outside La Caverna Bar and Grill.
