Months after a 32-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash, a BMW driver has been arrested, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Michael Burghardt has been charged with manslaughter and felony hit-and-run in connection to the fatal incident that that claimed the life of Woodbridge resident Cornell Parish III in May. Weeks after a wrong-way driver killed a man and injured several others in a head-on crash in Prince William County, police say that they've arrested a 21-year-old woman who was allegedly driving under the influence. A hit-and-run driver who killed a 64-year-old District woman in Prince George's County has been apprehend, the Bladensburg Police Department announced. Beltsville resident Jerome Michael Phillip Young, 42, was arrested on a warrant following the investigation into the fatal crash involving Susan Woodard earlier this month.
