DUI Driver Goes Down Swinging During Stop In Virginia, Police Say An allegedly intoxicated driver tried to take on members of the Prince William County Police Department during an early morning stop on Sunday.  Johari Prakhar, 24, did not go down quietly after the Woodbridge man was stopped shortly before 2 a.m. on Nov. 3 near the 14000 block of Richmond Highway, not far from the Marumsco Plaza parking lot.
