Toddler Struck, Killed In Low-Speed Crash With Pickup Truck Near Fairfax County Driveway: PD A heartbreaking accident in Chantilly left a 3-year-old dead after a low-speed collision with a pickup truck, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD). The fatal crash was reported on Saturday, Nov. 16, at approximately 3:48 p.m. in the 14500 block of Trans World Avenue.
