An 81-year-old man in Virginia who made his name working as a horse farrier at multiple farms in Stafford County and Northern Virginia has been apprehended for taking indecent liberties decades ago, authorities announced. A mother whose 5-year-old child was treated at an area hospital for "severe burns" after scalding water was spilled on her is facing charges, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
