A squabble between brothers landed one hospitalized with serious injuries and another is facing serious charges following a Labor Day shooting in Spotsylvania. Caleb Ralph Merswin, 34, was charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony after shooting his 30-year-old brother during a dispute over the holiday weekend. Police ID District Man Killed During Labor Day Shooting In Maryland Near DC Border
New details have been released by the Montgomery County Department of Police following a deadly Labor Day shooting in Silver Spring. Officers were called at around 11 a.m. on Sept. 2 to the 8000 block of 13th Street in Silver Spring, where there was a reported shooting not far from the DC border.
