Suspect Ditches Gun During Fredericksburg Pursuit: Authorities A Virginia man led police on a foot chase and ditched a loaded gun in a neighborhood yard before being taken into custody during a traffic stop in Fredericksburg, authorities said. Ryan White, 35, of Ruther Glen, was arrested on multiple charges after an officer caught him engaging in suspicious activity in the Central Park Townhomes area, according to police. Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Struck by Car In Virginia, Police Say A Fredericksburg man is fighting for his life after being struck by a car while crossing Fall Hill Avenue Monday evening, police said. Cesareo Jurado Coca, 50, was critically injured when he attempted to cross the eastbound travel lanes of the 3300 block of Fall Hill Avenue around 5:31 p.m., according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.
