Man Exposed Himself, Made Inappropriate Gestures To Shoppers At Virginia Store, Police Say Some shoppers at TJ Maxx in the Potomac Mills shopping center in Woodbridge were treated to an eyeful when a man allegedly exposed himself and made crude gestures, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Officers were called to the store shortly before 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 6 to investigate reports of indecent exposure involving 28-year-old Douglas Edward Boomer, who put on a show for customers.
