Two Metropolitan Police Department officers involved in a deadly shooting at a Southeast DC McDonald’s will not face criminal charges, federal prosecutors announced on Wednesday. The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia concluded its investigation into the September 2024 fatal shooting of Justin Robinson, 25, finding “insufficient evidence” to charge the officers. District Man Caught On Camera Arrested Weeks After Fatal Maryland Shooting, Police Say
A 33-year-old District man has been arrested for murder weeks after the Prince George's Police Department released video of him moments before the fatal shooting. Frederick Stevenson has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of District Heights resident Daryl McCall, 30, last month in Oxon Hill.
