Suspect Arrested After Woman Killed In Murder-For Hire Conspiracy: Prince William County Police
One person is in custody and another is wanted in connection to a murder-for-hire conspiracy that left a 23-year-old woman from North Carolina dead in Prince William County, police say. Drew Courtney Buchanan, 27 has been arrested in connection to the murder of Burlington resident Egypt Zapporah Carter in February, authorities announced on Monday. Denzel Scott Wade, 30, who is believed to have been present at the time of the fatal shooting, is also now wanted in connection to the fatal shooting. Both men are from Woodbridge.
