Virginia native Noah Lyles sprinted his way to a bronze medal in his signature race and was wheeled out after revealing a COVID-19 diagnosis. Lyles earned the medal in the 200-meter race before laying on the track and motioning for water on Thursday after the race. Hundreds of new, green school buses will be purchased for 18 Virginia school districts thanks to federal funding.
