Who Keeps Mailing Drugs To Inmates In Rappahannock Jail?

For the third day in a row, drugs were mailed to an inmate in the Rappahannock Regional Jail, authorities said.

Jail staff contacted a deputy, who turned over a letter around noon on Wednesday, May 24, the Stafford County Sheriffs Office said.

"In case there was any doubt, mailing drugs to inmates is frowned upon," a spokesperson said.
