A pair of former Warren County Sheriff's Office employees have been served with new indictments in connection with a deadly traffic stop in April 2022, Virginia State Police announced.
On Monday, April 8, 2024, a Warren County grand jury handed up one felony count of homicide against Zachary A. Fadely, 31, of Shenandoah County, and one felony count of homicide against Tyler S. Poe, 27, of Warren County, police said.
