Massachusetts Man Wanted For Sexual Assault Apprehended In Virginia: Police
A Massachusetts man was apprehended in Virginia in connection to an aggravated sexual assault and home invasion that happened over a month ago, authorities said.
Washington Pearson, age 55, of Boston, was arrested by members of the United States Marshals Service in Norfolk, VA on Tuesday, Nov. 29, Boston Police report.
Pearson was wanted for an incident that happened on the Arborway in Jamaica Plain on Friday, Oct. 24, police said. He had a warrant issued from West Roxbury District Court on several charges including attempted murder, assault, rape, and breaking and entering.

Police have arrested a suspect from California who shot and killed a D.C. resident back in 2020, officials said.On August 6, 2020, around 5:45 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of 46th Place, where they found 26-year-old Michael Brittingham, who had been shot and killed, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

New Jersey State Police have arrested a Virginia man wanted in a fatal shooting, authorities said.
The 27-year-old man was arrested in Middlesex County, they said.
Gerard Roane, of Richmond, VA, was wanted for allegedly shooting and killing a man in Richmond on May 16, State Police said.
