AR-15 Found Inside Teen's Car Following Hit And Run In Virginia, Sheriff Says A hit-and-run in Virginia led to the arrests of two minors who were found in possession of a rifle, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office announced. On Sunday afternoon, deputies were called to AutoZone on Worth Avenue in Stafford to investigate a crash where two people got out of a vehicle and began harassing and threatening the driver of the other vehicle, officials say. The two then fled in the direction of Onville Road before officials could arrive.
