Traffic Stop Results In Third DUI In Five Years For Wanted Man In Stafford County, Sheriff Says A wanted Stafford County man found himself in a familiar position on Friday night. Lawrence Collins, 33, was arrested for his third DUI and several other offenses in South Stafford after taking a Kia Sportage without permission, according to the sheriff's office. Shortly before 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 30, deputies were called to Stonehaven Drive for a reported disturbance involving Collins, who was reportedly intoxicated. Deputies tracked down the Kia and stopped Collins, and it was confirmed he was under the influence, and further investigation found that he was already wanted in Stafford …

Police Seek Speeding Car Thief Who Crashed In Stafford Police in northern Virginia are seeking suspects who they say crashed a stolen car this week. Deputies responded to Noble Court in South Stafford just before noon on Wednesday, Nov. 8, for a single-vehicle crash, the sheriff's office said. A witness had seen the vehicle enter Noble Court at a high rate of speed, lose control, and hit both a fire hydrant and street sign. The driver fled right after the crash.
