Teen Larceny Suspect Airlifted After Being Hit By Car Fleeing From Officers In Virginia: Police A larceny suspect was airlifted to a local hospital after being hit by a car while fleeing police in Manassas, authorities said. Officers were responding to a report of a theft from a local business when they spotted a man matching the suspect's description on the 8400 block of Rixlew Road around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
