A wanted woman’s attempt to evade arrest went south after claiming to be her twin sister during a disturbance in North Stafford, authorities said.
Amanda Pacey, 31, of Stafford, was taken into custody on Thursday, Nov. 21 after deputies responded to a call on Shelton Shop Road around 6:03 p.m., the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Deputies were alerted that Pacey, wanted on multiple warrants in Stafford and Prince William counties, was at a residence where she wasn’t welcome.

At around 5:30 p.m. on September 7, officers responded to a commuter lot located at 14090 Gemini Way, where they discovered numerous vehicles were damaged, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

A Virginia man was being held without bond after becoming belligerent during an arrest for a probation violation in which he was found with a handgun, magazine and drugs, authorities said.
Marcus Williams, 30, of Stafford, was found by authorities in a parked car on the 300 block of Warrenton Road on Thursday, April 21 around 11:30 a.m., according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
