Arsonist Nabbed After String Of Car Fires In Stafford County: Police A 19-year-old arsonist was arrested in Stafford after he set multiple cars on fire, police said. Michael Bowling was tracked down by police and during an arson investigation involving two separate vehicle fires, Stafford County Police said.
