Fentanyl, Cocaine Elixir Found On Drug Dealer Arrested In Virginia: Police A 29-year-old Virginia man has been arrested on accusations of he manufactured and sold drugs, police said. John E. Wilson Jr., of Winchester, had a two-ounce mixture of fentanyl and cocaine on him when he was arrested Friday, April 5, Virginia State Police said. Wilson was arrested by the Northwest Drug and Gang Task Force following an operation along the first block of Crooked Run Plaza in the Town of Front Royal, State Police said.
