Shortly after 9 p.m. on Aug. 2, officers from the Leesburg Police Department were called to the intersection of East Market Street and the Leesburg Bypass, when a Honda being driven by a juvenile was involved in a crash with a private company ambulance. Sex Trafficker Held Woman Trying To Escape By Her Hair In VA: Police A 39-year-old man was charged with sex trafficking after he held a woman apparently trying to escape by her hair, then was seen pushing a woman out of his moving car in Loudoun County, authorities said. Loudoun County High Basketball Star, 18, Recent Grad Killed In Car Crash: Police An 18-year-old star basketball player who recently graduated from Loudoun County High School died overnight in a car crash involving a tractor-trailer, authorities said. George Mwesigwa was rushed to the hospital after a 3 a.m. crash on Leesburg bypass near Edwards Ferry Road in Leesburg, where he later died of his wounds, Leesburg police said.
