Apartment Patio Shooting Leaves Man Dead In Woodbridge, Murder Suspect Charged: Police A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting this weekend. Malcom Andre Monts was charged with murder in the Saturday, Sept. 16 shooting death of Kareem Rasheen Tyrone Harris at the Summerland Heights Apartments on the 1800 block of Gableridge Turn in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said. Monts and Harris, 43, who were acquaintances, were apparently arguing on the patio of a ground level apartment when Monts shot Harris, then went back into his own apartment in the building around 7:20 p.m., police said.
