Police ID Pedestrian, 55, Killed By Car In Prince William County A 55-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Sunday night, April 28 in Prince William County, police said. Francisco Rafael Campos Henriquez was in dark clothing trying to cross Richmond Highway outside of a crosswalk near Rosedale Court around 10:10 p.m., county police said. He was struck by a 2016 Honda CRV heading south driven by a 59-year-old man. Henriquez was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene and was not injured. Two men stole a 65-inch television but ran into trouble when the oversized television wouldn't fit into their car, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
