Teen Killed In PWC Crash To Be Buried In El Salvador, Family Hopes The community is rallying around a Virginia family that is attempting to get a Prince William County teen back to his native El Salvador after he died during a violent crash in Woodbridge. Estanislao Serrano Hernández, 17, was driving shortly before 8:20 a.m. on Sunday April 9 on Featherstone Road near Walnut Street when he unexpectedly lost control when he attempted to pass another driver. Serrano Hernández’s Toyota went off the roadway and directly struck the Testing Technologies Inc. building in the 1200 block of Featherstone Road, rolling over and coming to rest on the roof.
