Motorcyclist, 28, Killed By DUI Driver In Virginia, Cops Say: 'Young Man, Big Heart'
A drunk driver is facing charges for a crash that killed a 28-year-old motorcyclist in Fairfax County overnight, police said.
Santos Adrian Ventura Fuentes, 34, of Alexandria, was heading east on Memroail Street in a 2007 Ford F-150 when he entered the South Kings Highway intersection in Groveton around 1:15 a.m., county police said.
That's when Jonathan Bartell, 28, who was heading south on South Kings Highway, struck the driver's side of Fuentes' pickup on his Kawasaki ZX, police said.

A Spotsylvania teacher and her husband were both arrested for DUI and child neglect, as both were under the influence in the presence of a 2-year-old child and drugs were found in the woman's classroom, authorities said.
Candyce Leigh Carter, 35, and her husband, Kristopher Donald Carter, 34, were both lodged in the Rappahannock Regional Jail following their arrests on May 16, a spokesperson for the Spotsylvania County Sheriff said.

Manassas resident Jessica Lynn Randall, 32, died on Friday, April 26 in connection with a crash on Monday, April 15 at 2:30 p.m., county police said.
