A 25-year-old man already wanted by the US Marshals Service is facing new charges after trying to pocket some bottles of booze in Stafford County, the sheriff says. Alvin Jallibah is behind bars after being caught red-handed late on Tuesday afternoon after stashing away two bottles of Kraken Rum in his pocket before leaving an area store. Some members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office are experiencing a case of Déjà vu after a repeat 20-year-old offender once again tried to flee from the scene of a crash he was involved in. Michael Louis didn't make it far on Friday afternoon after attempting to evade officers following a crash that wound up with him fleeing on foot before being captured.
