Driver Surrenders In Prince William Head-On Hit-Run Crash: Police A driver wanted in a head-on hit-and-run crash last weekend in Manassas surrendered to authorities. Domingo Cedillo, 26, was headed northbound on Centreville Road in his Chevrolet Express Van when he crossed over the solid yellow line and hit a Nissan Sentra, Prince William County Police said. The collision caused the Nissan to veer into another lane, where it was hit by Jeep Grand Cherokee, police said. Cedillo continued driving his van on Centreville Road until it was disabeld and he fled on foot, officials said.
