Teens Critical After Triple Shooting On Halloween Night In Virginia, Police Say A group of teens had a rough Halloween and are recovering in the hospital following a triple shooting in Arlington, police say. Shortly after 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 31, officers were called to the 4300 block of Columbia Pike to investigate a reported shooting, where they found three people suffering from gunshot wounds. First responders rendered aid until paramedics arrived, and the juveniles were taken to area hospitals - two in critical condition, and one with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Arlington Police Department. Virginia Police Honor 'Endlessly Hopeful' Fallen Officer 16 Years Later Michael Garbarino was endlessly hopeful.  The 23-year veteran of the Fairfax County Police Force mentored young officers and tutored troubled teens at the former Pimmit Hills Alternative High School when he served as a resource officer.  May 17 marks 16 years since he was killed in the line of duty.
