Suspended Driver Wanted For Hit-Run Arrested After Tailgating Motorist In Stafford: Sheriff A 37-year-old woman wanted for felony hit-and-run out of Stafford was arrested after another bout of "less than ideal" driving, authorities said. Ladonna Smith of Montross had apparently been swerving and tailgating another driver on Deacon Road around 7:40 p.m. Thursday, April 25, the county sheriff said. Smith's vehicle pulled into the parking lot of the 7-Eleven, located at 327 Deacon Road, the 911 caller told police. Deputy Amato found Smith's vehicle and made contact with her.
