Fugitive Pelted With Pepper Balls In Stafford Standoff: Police
A woman wanted out of Pennsylvania for a weapons violation was arrested after a standoff with Virginia authorities, they said. On Saturday, March 23 around 1:45 a.m., deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office got a tip that Anya Dibiase was at the McDonald's on Wonder Road, Sheriff David Decatur said. Dibiase had been wanted out of Ridley Park, PA for a felony weapons violation, and was noted to be possibly armed and dangerous, the sheriff said. Chardonnay Was Drink Of Choice For DUI Virginia Driver With 2-Year-Old In Car: Sheriff
A 55-year-old Stafford woman was arrested after a detective caught her driving drunk with a two-year-old child in the backseat, authorities said. Donna Boykin was spotted by Detective Sergeant M.E. Steininger heading north on Richmond Highway near Courthouse Road, around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
