On Saturday, March 23 around 1:45 a.m., deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office got a tip that Anya Dibiase was at the McDonald's on Wonder Road, Sheriff David Decatur said. Donna Boykin was spotted by Detective Sergeant M.E. Steininger heading north on Richmond Highway near Courthouse Road, around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
