Mohamed Samura Dies In Howard University Crash An 18-year-old Howard University student from Northern Virginia was struck and killed by a car in Washington DC last week. Mohamed Samura, of Fredericksburg, was standing near a crosswalk on Fairmount and 6th streets — outside of Cook Hall, a dormitory — when he was struck by an out-of-control Audi that had just hit a parked vehicle nearby just before 3:40 p.m. Thursday, April 11. DC Police Seek 3 Separate Missing Teenage Girls Washington D.C. Police are asking  for the community's help in locating three 14-year-old girls who went missing earlier this week. Jestiny Muhammed was last seen around 1 p.m. July 18, in the 4600 block of 6th Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.  She is being described as a black female, 5'6 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, officials said.
