Driver 'Caught Again' For Fourth DUI While 'Periodically Drinking' In Virginia, Sheriff Says Reginald Mitchell had at least one too many drinks before getting behind the wheel and found himself in a familiar position on Tuesday night, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. The 56-year-old Stafford resident was arrested overnight and charged for his fourth DUI after nearly striking a deputy's vehicle when he cut him off, officials say.
