Jack Leo Burdette Jr., 56, of Woodbridge, was killed early Friday, March 7, after rushing into traffic to rescue a loose dog on Dumfries Road near Old Stage Road in Dumfries, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Woman, 80, Dies Weeks After Fairfax County Crash, Police Say An 80-year-old woman has died after suffering what were initially believed to be non-life-threatening injuries in a Fairfax County crash earlier this month, police say. On Wednesday, July 3, Mount Vernon resident Donna Gulino was involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 8600 block of Richmond Highway in Woodlawn, sending both drivers to the hospital.
