Woman Whose 'Cousin Was Driving' Busted For Fourth DUI In Stafford, Sheriff Says Blanca Azucena Herrera Argueta found herself in a familiar situation in Stafford County after being stopped by sheriff's deputies over the weekend. The 48-year-old Woodbridge woman is facing her fourth DUI charge in the past several years after an ill-fated trip down I-95 that ended with her arrest on Friday night. Shortly before midnight on Oct. 25, deputies received a complaint about a possibly drunk driver who was swerving around traffic and struck two vehicles in the southbound lanes of the interstate before getting off at exit 140 toward Wonder Road, where she was ultimately stopped. …
