DMV Native Noah Lyles Wins Bronze In 200-Meter Olympic Final While Battling Covid-19: Reports Virginia native Noah Lyles sprinted his way to a bronze medal in his signature race and was wheeled out after revealing a COVID-19 diagnosis.
