Suspicious Person Repeatedly Approached Teen Girl In Virginia: Police Alarm bells are sounding for some in Prince William County following multiple reports from a teen girl about a stranger who repeatedly approached her on her way to school. An alert was issued by the police on Monday morning as they continue to investigate a reported suspicious person who was spotted by a 17-year-old teen at least three times in the past week. The latest incident was reported at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11 in the 14200 block of Smoketown Road in Woodbridge after he showed up around 7 a.m. that morning.
