Investigators say they are seeking the public's assistance in tracking down Lacy (Leisi) Tatiana Mejia Lozano, who moved to the country late last year before being relocated to Sterling for approximately two weeks and running away. Missing Infant Found, Father Facing Charges In DC (Updated) Alarm bells are sounding for members of the Metropolitan Police Department as they search for an infant who was reported missing in Northwest DC on Wednesday. An alert was issued by the agency early on July 17 as they seek the public's assistance in locating 5-month-old Rajah Leonard, who was last seen around noon in the 6000 block of 16th Street NW and is believed to be accompanied by 27-year-old Ramon Leonard.
