Manassas Man, 18, Killed In High-Speed Nokesville Wreck An 18-year-old Manassas man was killed in a high-speed Nokesville crash, police said. Christopher Flores was heading west on Fitzwater Drive at a high rate of speed when he lost control at Manely Road around 3:20 p.m. Saturday, June 22, Prince William County police said. The 2013 Infiniti G37 left the roadway, hit multiple trees, then rotated before coming to rest. Flores, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and taken to an area hospital where he died. Man Rapes Girl Under 15 In Northern Virginia, Police Say A 36-year-old man is accused of raping a girl under 15 years old in northern Virginia, police said. Dennis William Caballero Mejia, of Woodbridge, was at a house on Gloucester Court with the victim on May 21 when he prevented the girl from leaving a room and sexually assaulted her, Prince William County police said. The girl was able to separate herself from Mejia and contact police. Mejia was charged with rape and abduction and held without bond, police said. Two men were asleep in a vehicle parked on Cadet Court in Manassas when gunfire rang out, striking of them around 2:40 a.m., according to county police. Detectives are investigating the incident to determine what led up to the shooting and are looking to speak with anyone who has information. The incident does not appear random, police said.
