Key 'Pizza' Evidence Lands Bicycle Thief In Stafford County Jail: Police A man was locked up in the Rappahannock Regional Jail thanks in part to his shirt that contained key "pizza" evidence, police said.  A couple driving through the Woodlawn neighborhood in Stafford on Saturday, May 21, saw a man pushing a bike that looked familiar.
