Swatting Incident Brings Massive Police Response To Alexandria Home
The Alexandria Police Department has been swatted. A report of a 15-year-old boy experiencing a mental health crisis brought police officers in tactical gear to a home on the 200 block of Buchanan Street on Sunday, June 1, an Alexandria police spokesman said. A major police presence was at the scene from around 11:30 a.m. to just before 1 p.m., when police confirmed the call was bogus, police said. Last month, Virginia Gov.
