Motorcyclist, 48 Killed In Virginia Crash ID'd By State Police Virginia State Police have identified the 48-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash over the weekend in Madison County. Lucio E. Weaver, of Madison, was heading south on Route 29 at a high rate of speed when he collided with a northbound 2012 Subaru Impreza turning left onto South Main Street around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, April 14, a spokesperson for the department said. Weaver died while in transport to a local hospital. He was wearing a helmet. A 1993 Ford Ranger heading north on Route 15 crossed over the cener line and struck a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu head-on around 8 p.m. Saturday, July 19, Virginia State Police said.
